Hey,
I recently came to know that my case has been transfered to NBC. Does everyone gets the interview whose case is transfered to the NBC. I am derivative of EB-2 category- priority date not current. I am seperated from my husband, and my husband does not know that i filed for my AOS. I already got my EAD and AP and i am done with my biometrics. If i get the interview, we both will have the interview on the same date? Can i postpone the interview date?? Your answer will ease my stress, please. Thank you.

Mostly there is no interviews for employment based GC applications and the GC approved, denied or request of evidence may be sent without interviews. If you are divorced and the divorce is final, this means that you do not have the right in that application and should be withdrawn, because the derevative application is consequence of continous marriage and if divorce happen before approval, this will drop the right of the derivative to continue that application.

I am not divorced. i am just seperated. I heard few ppl with Employment based categories also got interview. If i get interview call, will i be scheduled with my husband? Thank you.

As I said most of them approved without interviews and for sure few cases will have interview especially those cases with employment or family problems. The interview will mainly for the primary applicant (your husband) and if you are requested for interview mostly will be with him.
