Case transfer from Charlotte to new Raleigh/Durham office?

Anyone know if pending cases will be transfered from Charlotte, NC to the new office in Raleigh/Durham which opens in March, 2008? I'm referring to cases for which the new office would then normally have jurisdiction.

Also, my N-400 case status still doesn't show up online. It was filed last July, receipted last December, and I went in for fingerprinting early this month. When can I expect it to show up online?

I would expect USCIS to transfer some of the cases to Raleigh to alleviate to alleviate case load in Charlotte, although you never know what logic USICS uses.

Online case status system is useless as information is neither accurate or up to date so don't worry if your case doesn't show up online.

From another thread, we know now that cases belonging to Raleigh, NC from last year backlog are now being handled by Raleigh DO
