Case status changed from "Decision Pending" to "Application pending"

That is sign that your case is being review, normally under background check the duration may vary, it depend on your case,

This is no true, no necessary means nothing, many people in this forum waited months, even years for a decision, he has just wait

I have seen tjat someone got decision yesterday same case status with yours, after application is pending then decision is pending, then approval.

Mine is still remaining application is pending

Hi, it's stuck with decision is pending since January 28.
Well, hope approval notice soon.
I will keep you all update.

2020.7 submission, 2025-3-4 interview notice, 2025-3-20 interview, online case track changed to decision is pending, and 2025-4-1 changed to application is pending, 4-7 approval letter . Did not say fee waived

Did it just say decision was mailed?
Like you got phisycal approval letter with your I-94? Or you got your approval letter from ypur document tab?

Not mailed , I collected it (letter and new I -94) at the office according to the collection note issued by interview officer at the end of my interview.
 
Oh I see so they told you to pick up the decision, that's not on my case, they told me to wait till they mail the decision, but still waiting till now

Interview 18 March 2025 San Francisco
Decision pending status at 19th March
Application pending status at 20th March
Decision pickup date 04/01/25, and today asylum office called me and informed your decision delayed, once ready will mail your address.

7-April status changed now “decision pending”

Being stress out what’s going on my case??? Anyone has any idea about it
 
I think you will receive approval based on a few factors.

San Francisco office is a plus
Case from 2019 is a plus
They called you is a plus

i personally don’t think they want to deny. For someone came in 2024, then it’s another logic, they want to refer to immigration court as soon as possible if case is not credible to uscis office.
