My IV case is aproved and its pending at NVC. Now qt this stage can I change my employer who has started my processing.
I would appricate we some one come up with query.

My IV case is approved and its pending at NVC. Now qt this stage can I change my employer who has started my processing.
I would appreciate we some one come up with query.
---- It mean your I-140 is approved and case is with NVC, NVC will send the file to consulate for your Interview to get Immigrant Visa from the consulate, then you will enter US with the immigrant Visa and at POE they will stamp your passport with temporary GC stamp then you will get actual GC by mail on the address in US. You can not change your employer at this time who sponsored you, when reach US work minimum 6-12 month for the employer then change.
