Card Production Ordered

All I just got 2 updates from USCIS.

1. i-485 Card Production Ordered
Does this mean the green card is on its way? I did not receive any welcome or approved emails.

2. i-601 Denied
I am assuming this is denied because when we were at the interview the officer laughed when she saw we filed the i-601. She said you did not have to file this.

3. i-130 Received and Pending
Assuming the green card has been ordered why would the i-130 status not say "approved"?

I am confused and insight you guys could provide would be helpful

if you went for your GC interview and it says card production has been ordered then that means that they have ordered production of your GC. in a couple days you should recieve an update that says, " approval notice sent", that is when your green card is technically actually on its way.

I don't trust online update.
I received I140 and I485 approval notice in May 2005, but online said my 140 was pending even a few months after that.
