Cancellation of Petition filed for H1B Y 2006

I have a Question.. Is it possible to cancel the petition filed for H1B Y 2006

I got the Receipt Number of My petition dated June 8,2005. In the website

https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/caseStatusSearchDisplay.do , I tracked

with my receipt number and it says it will take normally 90 to 150 Days..

Please tell me is it possible to cancel the Petition.., If so wht is the

procedure ?

Simple, ask you attorney to do so, he will send a letter to INS to cancel /withdraw the petition.

Attorney or INS will not refund any fees associated with filing this application.
