Just wondering if there are any canadian born people here that have applied for n400 that are stuck in name that have lived nowhere but canada and the US? just wondering what my time frame might look like after my FPs are done.

Js360,
I'm not Canadian by birth but by naturalisation, and last year my N-400 took a grand total of 4 months from receipt date to oath date.

I submitted my application into TSC on 7/28 and so far my check hasn't cleared. Due to the backlogs I'm counting on a minimum of 6-9 month timeframe for the entire process baring any namecheck delays of course. If you have a clean record you shouldn't have anything to worry about.

i wonder if only criminal records is what they are worried about, i do have speeding tickets, and have had a 24hr suspension, but no criminal convictions, i wonder. i wonder if that will hold me up.

Speeding tickets arent's looked at as they aren't criminal offenses. You should be fine as long as you weren't charged with drinking or smoking pot while speeding;)
