Canadian Visitor Visa -- application form questions !

Hey all:

Me and my spouse are applying for the Canadian TRV (visitor) visa (on a single application)

As I was completing the application form (IMM 5257), I had some concerns about how to answer Questions 8, 9 and 10 on page 2.

Both of us are working here - so whose details are to be given for these questions (stuff like who you work for, type of job and valid till date) -- just the primary applicant or for both of us ? (there is not much space in that form ....)

Also, our AOS is pending - so what should I state for question 8 (b) -- immigration status valid till date ?
==> As you know, pending AOS applicants are in valid status always -- there is no fixed "expiry date"
So should I just leave that date (8 (b)) BLANK ??
(I've just gotten out of H1 status - so the only status I have is AOS pending)

If someone has gone through this, can you please respond ? Am trying to get this out asap - thanks

------------ if you still maintain H1 status write H1 if you use EAD then EAD(attach copy of EAD)
** if you are on EAD will need valid AP in hand to come back
