Hi,

Can a canadian citizen apply for a future job with a preapproved labor in the U.S. and move once he gets in GC?

If yes, what is the process if the job starts right now? and if the job is in the future?

Answer to 1st question is yes.
The 2nd question is too vague and I don't know what I should answer for.

You can get a TN visa, however be careful if you have approved labour, i would strongly suggest to discuss with a lawyer who is expert in TN processing and issues.

If yes, what is the process if the job starts right now? and if the job is in the future? If you want to start working with the employer who is going to give you pre approved LC, then you need to get an H1 (or permit for work canadian citizen if you are eligible) from the employer to start now. If you want to work in future, wait until you get your GC.
