HI will be filing my 485 in june. I have canadian green card. Is that going to be a problem?
No. Why would it?
Also in my 485 application form, do we need to specify that I hold a Canadian PR.
That depends. Are they asking for your immigration status in another country?

I become a canadian permanent residence in August 2005 and have immigrant visa stamp in my passport. I am filing I-485 in the month of June. Should I put Canadian as my nationality in the form as well ? Are there any issues being canadian permenant residency with filing I-485 ??? Should Will these trigger an interview ?? Will my I-485 get denied because of canadian PR or will the officer ask any questions pertaining to these ??

No, because you are not Canadian.
