canadian PR working in US

Hi,

I wanted to know if a canadian PR (indian citizen) working in US on H1-B need to have a H1-B visa stamped on the passport to be able to travel from India to the US and back or just the canadian immig. document is good enough for travel ? Any information pertaining to this in view of the new regulations would be greatly appreciated.

As a follow-up I have couple more questions.

1. Does the US consulate in India issue visa for Canadian PRs?because canadian PR's don't get a visa on their passports when they travel between canada and US.

2. Secondly, what documents are needed to apply for a h1-B visa stamp in India. how easy or difficult it is etc.? Any ideas/sugestions on this will be greatly appreciated.

1. If you are an indian citizen you should get h1 visa stamped in the passport whether you have a canadian PR or not.
