My gf is from Canada, and I am a US citizen through naturalization, we have been dating for more than 3 years, and finally we would like to live together, and even though we would rather wait on the marriage it seems that it is the only option we have for us to be together for now.
So my question is, she being canadian, she is able to enter the US at any time, what would be the process after we get married, does she get a work permit right away? does she needs to receive her visa/GC outside of the US? would it be better to apply for fiancee Visa?
