CANADIAN citizen with TN status

Hi All

I am a Canadian citizen working for a US company under TN status living in the US currently. I am planning to relocate to Canada and live and work from there. What are different aspects I should consider before I make this decision?

Probably only taxes / pay withholding.
Speak to an accountant familiar with Canada/USA filing issues.
You may be able to stop paying USA-related deductions. (SSN, etc.).

Your I-94 should remain valid even when you move out of the USA, meaning you can cross the border relatively freely.

Thank you.

Technically, one living an working solely - or even predominatly -in canada should be on a Cdn payroll.

Not a subject for this forum, but forums.serbinski, com is good for this.
