I am a Canadian citzen born in India with OCI and currently in US on H1B. I would like to sponsor my wife on H4 from India. Since I am a Canadian citizen does this pose a problem? Kindly advise.
A common question I came across during the H4 visa interview is "What will you do after your visa expires?" Since my wife has an Indian citizenship with no Canadian PR, should she then mention that "I will come back to India?" Any suggestions?
