Canadian citizen on TN, US parents sponsor question

I'm new on this and your help will be highly appreciated: I am on TN since I have Canadian citizenship, my parents just became US citizens and they'd like to sponsor me through I-130 (3rd category since I'm married and over 21). Could anyone kindly tell me the application process and how long will it take (since I need to renew my TN every year)?

thanks for your input. no, I was not born in Canada. One more question, how to prove the relationship between my parents and I when they submit I-130? their birth certificate and my birth certificate will be enough?
