My situation: I am canadian citizen with Indian Masters degree PLUS a one year certificate from Canadian institution. I lost a job in Canada.
My objective: is to immigrate to US by the shortest way. My parents are US citizens living in California. My questions below:
1. Can I qualify for TN visa? What is the process?
2. My parents are US citizens; can they file an immigration to US for me at the same time?
3. Just tell me the fastest way to immigrate to USA.

To move to US legally and work, TN is fastest. This is not immigration, it is temporary entry to work.

It would be futile for your parents to file anything on your behalf as the wait for GC would be 6-9 years, depending on whether you are married or not.

You would be better off getting a job on TN and then getting the employer to sponsor you. THAT would be fastest way to actually immigrate. Some have done it in as little as a year.

You'll have to look elsewhere for TN steps. can you type 'TN nafta' in google?
