Canadian Citizen H1-B need Stamping

I am a Canadian citizen and received my H1-B this year, changing from TN. I will be traveling to South America in December.

Do I need to get H1-B stamp? Thanks!!

I think I found the answer to my question on US consulate website.

Canadian citizens who have been approved for temporary employment in the H, L, O, P, Q, or R nonimmigrant categories, should proceed to Customs and Border Protection at a port of entry with a Notice of Approval Form I-797.

You are correct. Canadian citizens need NIV stickers for only K and E visas.

One interesting thing in that sentence I quoted is that, how can a Canadian get a Q visa?

Why not? If a Canadian qualifies, he/she should get a Q visa like anyone else.
