Can you walk in to get AP ?

Hi, If i have or haven\'t applied for AP along with I-485, can I walk into the local INS office and get Advance parole to travel (I have I-485 reciept)

Depends on the INS office and nature of emergency. Normal procedure is you apply for AP, and after 90 days from RD of AP you can walk to the district office and get the AP. You can file it yourself.
