Can we take 2 jobs with EAD?

Hi,

My I-485 is waiting for more than 20 months now. I was laid off after 14 months and got another one after 2 months. I'm working for the new company with EAD now, didn't file AC21. I've 2 questions.

1. When can I file AC 21? Can I wait for RFE or file now itself (attorney suggests I can also wait, It costs $900)

2. I'm getting another parttime job as an independent contractor in the same field. Can I hold two jobs with EAD with out affecting GC process? or what are the other options?

Any suggestions appreciated.

1. You can do either... It all depends on what you feel comfortable with and what kind of risk are you ready for..
