Dear friends,

First of all, thank you for answering my previous confusion regarding I-90 process. I have another question , see if anyone have the same experince who can give me the answer.

My Greencard was mailed by USICS on March 13th, however , I never recieved it. My building was not that secure, due to an italien restaurant downstairs. There are a lot of people in and out and may just pick up and trash anymail from the mail box. And the postman always put the letters in wrong letter boxes too. I am concerning about the New Green Card will get lost again. So my lawyer suggest that I put her office address in I-90 form and fill G-28 form( Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney or Representative),she said then USICS will send Green Card in her address instead of my address. I think that will be the best option for me. But I have never heard anyone got green card from their lawyer. Does that works?

Thank you for your help.

---------------- I dont think it works, USCIS will send GC to your address only.
Thank you for your help.

I listed as my address my work address, not the home address. There were no problems. I think USCIS does not care what address you list as long as somebody is there to pick up your mail. If your lawyer says it is ok to use his/her address, I would guess it is fine.

All the best,
