Can USC sponsor step married children? or only unmarried children regardless of age?

I have question about USC sponsor Step children?
1. Unmarried children under 21 - Yes
2. Unmarried children over 21 - ?
3. Married children - ?

I would recommend reading the section titled "For Whom May You Not File?" of the form I-130.

C. A stepparent or stepchild, if the marriage that created the relationship took place after the child's 18th birthday.
