I have a doubt. Can an US Employer can make his employee to work in Canada client place??

If you are authorized to work in Canada, I suppose they could ask you to do so, or transfer you there. You are of course free to reject.

Hey,

Thanks for replying. Actually my question is, there is a project going to be started in canada and the US employer finds the right person from India to work in canada, Is that possible for an US employer to do so. Please assume that employee is ready to travel. I am concerned about the process is possible or not. If possible, Also suggest me the best way to go ahead.

The employer needs to obtain permission from HRDC to employ someone who is neither a Canadian citizen or PR.
