Can this qualify for AC21?

I am getting an offer in a college and the job is in same/similar occupation. The position is initiallly for 12 months and continues later and manager is ready to give employment continuity letter and show necessary funding. Is it ok to take this kind of job? And according to sample AC21 letters I saw on this forum the new job should be permanant in nature.

-----------------Only if they give permanent job offer letter then you can invoke AC21
