I-485 approved date ???????

online Messeage always says the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review since 02/20/04. I also send a fax and email to Fbi for name check 5 weeks ago still no response...........

Send them every second week till you get a response

My ND is 09/26/2003 and did my FP on 10/28/2004 from hartford.

LUD1- 11/04/2004 "Recd FP"
Lud2 - 11/09/2004 no msg changed
LUD3 - 11/11/2004 no msg change


after that nothing at all, have no idea what is happaning, anyone wanan add something to it?

Can anyone tell me what is an LUD and how do you get it and see it?

Indeed I am lucky to get the approval, But not as lucky as other people around your ND. It almost took 2 years . I had to undergo lot of pain and disappointment before the approval.
Thank god, I am very happy now and I wish you all a happy ending soon .

Yesterday the LUD for my case was 11/18/2004. Today the LUD is shown as 11/19/2004. Both yesterday and today the LUD did not contain any message regarding FP recieved. Full details of my case are in my signature.

Logged in to website this morning and saw the LUD change. My wife did her FP on 10/23 and her LUD changed on 10/30. Yesterday (10/19), LUD changed for both of us.

Hopefully it is an indication of something exciting!

Yesterday the LUD for my case was 11/18/2004. Today the LUD is shown as 11/19/2004. Both yesterday and today the LUD did not contain any message regarding FP recieved. Full details of my case are in my signature.

Today LUD changed with the message "On November 20, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case."
