I'd like to know if anyone knows if it is possible to apply to an H-1 visa if I have a Master's in a related field and an associate degree in a field I want to apply. What if I get a Bachelor's in the field I want to apply, but it is usually not required to do the job. Can the future sponsor say that they need one with a bachelor's degree?
