Before I begin. I have my EAD renewal approved.

To start off my wife was not working and I decided not to renew her EAD.
However, when it got closer to the expiration of her EAD, I renewed it online i.e on the 19th of AUG and her EAD
expires on the 23rd of the same month.

The situation now is that, there is a possiblity of her getting a job, I am not sure if there is a way to expedite the process other than to wait for 90 days. Please advise if there is an alternate request/process to do so.

The second question is her EAD. My wife has a drivers license that is valid until 2006 ( she was in this country before they changed the drivers license rules ). Now that her 1st EAD has expired is there any rule stating that she cannot drive

Thanks in advance.

(Yes I procrastinated on my wifes EAD )

------- She needs valid EAD for work or gets iEAD after 90 days from local BCIS office, no short cuts

------- I hope she can as her AOS is pending, better Check with your state DMV office
