can sombody tell how to update case from lpr spouse to citzen i have called 1 -800

You should send a letter to the National Visa Center. With the letter you should include a copy of the I-130 approval notice, if possible, a copy of the I-130 receipt they sent you when you first applied (although not essential) and most importantly a copy of your Nat. Certificate. Here is an excerpt from their website on where to send the letter.

Written inquiries, changes of address and requests to upgrade petitions due to naturalization of the petitioner should be sent to: WC The National Visa Center, 32 Rochester Avenue, Portsmouth NH, 03801-2909 or email NVCINQUIRY@state.gov . Please note that NVC is not open to the public. Unfortunately, some people have traveled long distances to inquire about their case in person, only to discover that we are not able to meet with them

I filed I-130 with California Service Center (CSC) and mentioned that my wife will do Adjustment of Status in San Francisco, CA.

Now I will be Citizen in 2 weeks.
1). Do I call CSC or NVC
2). Do I write to CSC or NVC or both
3). How much time to Upgrage I-130 (the important question)
4). Can I file I-485 and mention in the cover letter that I-130 is to be upgraded.
5). Or do I file new I-130 with the I-485.

Please answer each question.

Thanks a lot.

NVC only

1). Do I call CSC or NVC
NVC (assuming your 130 is approved and sitting at NVC)

2). Do I write to CSC or NVC or both

just NVC

3). How much time to Upgrade I-130 (the important question)

sorry...No idea. Haven't seen any posts that I can refer to ..for this timeline.

4). Can I file I-485 and mention in the cover letter that I-130 is to be upgraded.

Family based 485 goes here:
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
P.O. Box 805887
Chicago, IL 60680-4120

NVC address is different:
Seperately, notify NVC and send them a copy of your naturalization certificate and your I-130 approval notice. The National Visas Center (NVC) will upgrade your status to immediate relative. NVC will send the beneficiary any additional forms and information that may be required.

5). Or do I file new I-130 with the I-485.
No need, submit a copy of approved I130 with your 485.

Remember to finish medical exam and also I864 for the 485 package.
(from the 485 filing instructions...evidence of eligibility:

Attach a copy of the approval notice for an immigrant petition that makes a visa number immediatelyavailable to you, or submit a complete relative, special immigrant juvenile, or special immigrantmilitary petition which, if approved, will make a visanumber immediately available to you.

Sample letter for NVC:

I do believe you can - with a copy of your naturalization certificate, and a copy of a receipt notice for I-130.
5). Or do I file new I-130 with the I-485.

no need
