Can one file TWO I-140 applications (EB2 and EB3) at the same time??

Hi all:

I just want to clarify:

Can one file an I140 both under the EB2 and EB3 category AT THE SAME TIME??

Does it depend on the requirements of the job? meaning - if the job requires a Masters degree, then one can ONLY file under EB2 and not EB3 or both?? IS THIS TRUE??

I have filed under EB2 and am wondering if I can file another I140 under EB3 to take advantage of faster EB3 processing at VSC.

---- I know that one can file more than one I-140 if LC is approved by different employers one can file more than one I-140 and I-485 if the base of LC is difreent employers

IF BS and some experience then it is EB3 if MS or BS+ 5 years progressive experience mention on LC then EB2. All depends on LC filling or particular form ETA750A column 14 and 15, check the form with your lawyer or employer what they wrote on ETA750A column 14 and 15
