Can newly created Small Company sponsor my TN?

My sister just registered a company a few days ago, she wants to hire me as an accountant?

Can this small- newly- created- no- history company sponsor my TN? Is there any salary requirement for TN? or any equity requirement for that company?

There is nothing that pecludes your sister from hiring you.

Obviously there are salary requirements that you be paid a wage that befits your profession. the letter must also describe your tasks.

And to be permitted to live in US on TN, you must demonstrate that the TN(s) you have will generate you sufficient income to live.
