Can new employer sponser H1B after I have used advance parole?

I applied 485 as an dependent (through my wife). I am in H1B status and work for Company A. I recently entened the US through advance parole. I want to maintain my H1B status. Now Company B want to hire me and apply H1B for me. Can I change to work for Company B and still maintain my H1B status? Can Company B sponsor me to get H1B after I have used my advance parole?
 
never use AP ,ALWAYS TRAVEL ON H1B IF YOU CAN

SO FAR MY KNOWLEDGE I SUGGEST NEVEER USE AP UNLESS YOU MUST NEED IT TO USE.ALWAYS MAINTAIN H1B STATUS THOUGHOUT YOUR I-485 IS PENDING IF YOU CAN!TRAVEL ON H1B VISA ALWAYS.IF U USE AP THEN IO gives u i-94 which is valid for one year only.so if u dont keep track of it than u can go out of status.so if u travelled on AP THEN CONTACT ATTONEY TO CHANGE UR STATUS TO H1B IT MIGHT COST YOU .or u can go canada and have visa stamp and come back on h1b.and then with new company apply h1b.
thats my expirience but consult either ur current copmany lawyer or the future company lawyer more accurate info.
