Can my son stay back in U.S.A.for completing his last 6 months of high school even af

I am currently on H1(working) visa. My son is on H4(Dependant) visa studying in Junior year(11th Grade). My visa is expiring in Dec.2008 and my son will be completing his high school in June 2009. If I am not able to extend my visa then is it still possible for my son to stay back in U.S.A.for completing his high school? If this is possible then what will be his visa status?

F1 is the only visa he can get.
But I think if he is in public school, there is some restriction. Ask in F visa section.
