I am a H1 hold working in USA.
My husband came with me in this summer and staied 2 weeks before his goin g back to China.
How can he apply a visa with which he can visit me multiple times in a year?
------------------------ if you are on H1 status in US your spouse can get H4 visa stamp from US consulate till your H1 validity.
