Can my ex affect my citizenship filing

I'm posting to kindly ask for your consultation regrading my immigration case.
I was working in the US since 2008 on H1B visa. Then, I was married in the year of 2009, got my conditional green card in 2011.
And in early 2013, I removed the conditions and got the extended green card. The new card will expire in 2023.

I recently found that my wife had been cheating on me over the past few years of marriage. For that I filed for a divorce.

The problem is that my wife is threatening that she's going to call USCIS and claim that I married her only for the papers (most probably she already did). One of the text messages I found with her boy friend was she's planning to get me deported and withdraw all of my money.

Can she do that? I'm seriously concerned on my citizenship filing in the future.

Can she really affect my immigration status? If not, when can I file for citizenship?

I have proves that we had a legitimate marriage, for example:
- we have a child together (born in 2011)
- we had been filing join tax returns together for the years: 2010, 2011 and 2012
- we had shared insurance coverage in all years of marriage
- I paid all of her 7K loan, and I covered her school tuition from my money, I paid her bills and many other things since she didn't work in the last 3 years.
- and others..

Your help is highly appreciated.

No, i do not think your wife or ex-wife can do any damage to your green card.
But for god sake, you have a kids, do not fight with her.

Give her the money, she need the money to feed your kids.
let her get the divorce and marry anyone she want.

peacefully.

Who mentioned anything about fighting? My question was about status and citizenship.
But thanks a lot for you advice. And do you also suggest give her boy friend what he wants as well?
I dont care about giving the money for child support, but a little sense please here..

USCIS receives complaints from vindictive ex-spouses all the time. USCIS will almost always ignore those complaints if the USC spouse signed the I-751 and the 10-year card has already been approved. You have enough facts in your favor (including the child you had together) that even if USCIS pays attention to her ramblings you'll still prevail.

However, filing for divorce means you can't apply with the 3-year rule, you'll have to wait until you're eligible with the 5 year rule. But you probably knew that already.

Jacko already addressed it, she can no longer impact your GC since your conditions have been removed, but you can apply for USC based on 5 yr rule. Now regarding the money, she cant just take your money. Assets are assessed and distributed by the divorce court judge who will rule over your divorce

Ok I hate to be the one to mention it but have you considered that your child may not be your biological child? You mention that your wife has been cheating on you for a few years. Like the others have said, you are in the clear regarding wife being able to negate your naturalization.
