Can L2 Visa holder continue to work outside USA and visit her partner/husband frequently

My company is transferring me from UK office to USA office on L1 Blanket Visa. I hold a British passport and my wife holds Indian passport . My wife won’t be joining at the time of the move as she has full-time job in the UK. I want to understand if she can apply for L2 Visa along with me and appear for interview. Can she frequently do in and out of USA on L-2 to visit me? There is no intention of her do to be in USA for more than 183 days or so. I just want L-2 Visa so that she can frequently visit me in USA say in every three months or so.

An L2 visa holder, as a dependent spouse of an L1 visa holder, is allowed to live and work in the United States. However, if the L2 visa holder wants to work outside the U.S. while frequently visiting their spouse in the U.S., it may be possible under certain conditions. The L2 visa does not restrict the holder from working for a foreign employer outside the U.S., as long as they maintain their visa status by meeting travel and residency requirements.
