Can I work for my spouse's LLC?

Dear Sri.Rajivji,

Self and my wife have EAD. I (the principal sponsor) lost recently my job. My wife has a company, is it legally acceptable for AC21 transfer to keep my GC
active if I get employment through my spousal company? What are all requirements USCIS looks in a company as an eligibility criteria to get AC21 transfer as regarding investment etc? I really appreciate your advise on this regard.
