Can I use the Advance Parole, applied through former employer

I applied i485 and AP through my former employer and will be joining the former employer at a later date.

Now can I use the Advance Parole while working at current company on H1 or I should use H1 only until I move to former employer? My H1 stamp expired a while ago.

Your AP is not tied to an employer; it merely depends on you having a pending I-485. Therefore you can use whether you are employed or not.

Yes, you can. I used new company's AP still working for H1's company, no issues at all.

As long as the AP is valid and your I-485 is still pending you can use your AP.
