Can I use Experience outside US in BS + 5 to qualify for EB2

Hi guys. We're going to file for PERM soon, if possible EB2. I have a BS Degree in Chemical Engineering and 7 years of experience outside of US. Can I qualify for EB2 case by using experince gained outside US?

What is the job description. Out side exp will also count

I work as a Field Engineer for a small water treatment company. I do monitoring of chemical treatment of boilers and cooling towers of our clients and recommend ways to improve their system. I also supervise installation of equipment on site.

My employer is willing to change my title to Manager if its required to qualify for the EB2.

Put the title as Environmental Engineer, you may try EB2 NIW** too if you catch hold of good attorney. Rajiv Khanna may evaluate the situation.
