Can I Upgrade My H1 Visa Proceesing to Premium status

HI,

My H1 Visa expired on sept 30th 2003, I applied for Extension on Aug 5th. It seems it may take another 2-3 months to get my visa. I have one question, Can I upgrade my visa processing to premium status now. Please let me know if you have any information.

As far as I know, you can convert your petition to premium processing. I dont know the exact procedure, but I am sure your attorney would.
