I am a conditional green card holder. There is a program in my school that going to travel in europe. The question is Can I still travel to europe even if i am a green card holder and also my passport name is different from my green cards name. I mean different family name. thank you i need advice. and also the marriage of my husband is fallin apart.

If your last name was changed due to marriage, you should not have any problem. Just carry appropriate documents when you travel.

Entry back to the US wont be a problem as you have a green card, but of course you need appropriate visa for other countries.

I'd also work on the marriage, otherwise you may have problems waiving the conditions on your GC.

Other than that - if your travel overseas takes less than a year, you won't have a problem coming back. if more than a year, apply for a reentry permit.
