Can I take my wife with me on H4

Hi,

I am working with company A and right now in India. I am planning to come on H1B for company B till July end 2007.
I got my visa stamped in Feb 20, 2007.

Can you please give your expert comments on –

1) can I get my wife H4 stamped before I go to US ?
2) Will there be any problem at US console why I didn’t travel since Feb to till date for company B?
3) Can I take her with me?
