Hi, I've been working on an H1B visa with my company for about 2 years now. I want to take some time off to upgrade myself on a few new technologies and to get some certifications. I would like to take about 60 days off on unpaid vacation time (I've used up my paid vacation days) and spend the time studying. Can I do this if my employer has no problem ? I mean is this a legal ? Thank you for your respones.
