Can I switch from Eb3 to EB2

My PD is EB3-March 2004.


I have recieved EAD and AP.

My question is:

Can I switch from EB3 to EB2?

What will the implications be?If any.

I do not think you can switch from category to another. You can apply for as much categories as you can if you fulfill the criteria of that category

What do you mean switch?
Do you mean you NOW qualify under EB-2, but when the petition was filed, you did not qualify for EB-2, only for EB-3?
