can i send my medical before request it?

is it possible to send my medical befor they request it,or they will reject it?

has anyone done that before.

I don't think that's a good idea cause unless USCIS asks for something they don't even pay attention to what you send. Therefore if I were you I might as well wait till they ask for that. As far asylum based I-485 we don't send medical with the initial application rather wait for USCIS to ask for it at the time of adjudication. I think if you read those instructions on that application form you'll see that.

sorry i forgot to mention that I have already submitted my I-485 last year and I had my bio code 3 taken on october 2005.now my case is pending .

I know that we are allowed to submit the medical with the initial application,but I'm not sure if I can send it now without their request.

Tuti do you know anyone who sent the medical after filing and before USCIS request it?

the problem is that my bio will expire in two months,I'm trying to think of anything that can expidite the processing of mu application before bio get expired,
if I have my bio retaken again then I will have to wait long again tell my name check is cleared by FBI again.

Chances are it will never get to your file.
 
I thought they normally ask before you submit it but some people also said it does not matter.. we really need clarity on this because since i took my BIO3, nothing has change on my online status and no medical request to be done either..
