can I reapply -I-485 second time after first one cancelled??

Dear gurus..Please help !

Current status H1B1, Applied for I-485 for primary and dependent

Can the primary applicant cancels I-485 which automatically cancels dependent I-485??


Again Can the Primary applicant apply for the I-485 without dependent ??


If not, Can the primary applicant apply for CP-Processing with approved I-140/labor without dependents name on it??


Guru's ........Please advice??

------YES, but it will create mess and USCIS may send your I-485 for interview. why you want to withdraw as primary and file it again as primary??? if problem with spouse or other reason spouse can withdraw the I-485.

If not, Can the primary applicant apply for CP-Processing with approved I-140/labor without dependents name on it??
-----primary applicant can change to CP while I-485 is pending by filing form I-824 with USCIS, I think you have to provide the name of dependents, spouse or child.
