Can I provide my husband's office address for applying EAD?

Hi,

I recently came to USA on L2 Visa and willing to work. I identify that I need to apply for EAD filling I-765 form.

Here, I have two queries:
1. Can I provide my husband's office address in the Address section of the form?
Since we recently came and still staying in the Hotel and would be shifting to a apartment in 2 -3 weeks.

2. When can I apply for SSN?

A1: The form wants to know your current residential address. Can you wait 2-3 weeks before applying?
A2: Once you have your EAD card.

Hi ,

I have a similar questions.

1) Can we provide any friend's / relatives address while we are in temporary accommodation. Is there any harm in it?

2) I am planning to come back from US after applying EAD and go back once i got it. Is my spouse can receive that on my behalf as i am away?
