You can marry her.
You can apply for an immigrant visa for her.
She cannot get the visa until her priority date becomes current, which is ~5-6 years, or you become a citizen.

One can marry anyone regardless either person's immigration status so long s/he is legal age to marry and no state matrimonial laws are violated, but that's a different thing as to whether or not one could be able to obtain a legal/immigration status by virtue of being married. Matrimonial laws and immigration laws are not same.

hi,
thank you for your response,

5 or 6 years how! i thought i could marry her and be able to get an entry visa so she can enter US,

she cannot enter US even if she is my wife is that correct

so the other alternative would be wait until i beome a citizen

pls advice

thanks
