Can I have a second revenue under TN status

I am working under TN status. I am interested in bringing a second revenue to my family by doing a small business online,.. especially my wife is not allowed to work under TD visas.

Legally am I authorised to do this kond of jobing in parallel to my work.

If no, is there any way to bring a second revenue legally.

You cannot do what you are suggesting. You can have a second source of income, but it must be passive (ie. the only work you do for it is walking into the bank to cash the check).
