Can I get my wife H4 stamped ?

Hi,

I got my H1 B stamped in Feb2007, but i could not go to my US ( my new employer) for pesonal reason.

Then I got married in March and was waiting for my spouse passport, now she have passport.

So my questions are -
1) Can I get her H4 stamped before going to US?

2) Will consolate ask why I have not joined my new emploer ?

3) Do you see any problem in this ?
