Can I get my TN at Toronto Pearson Airport?

If i get a offer which employer sponsors TN, can I get my TN at Toronto Pearson Airport without taking flight to US? I live very close to airport, can get there even by bus.

Or do I have to go to Niagara Falls or Fort Erie?

The point is you should be apply TN and have plan to go work, returning immediately to Canada or not taking US-bound flight is not something CBP likes to see.

It's not that the CBP 'doesn't like' you to not be taking an out-bound US flight. You simply cannot be processed for an entry status if you aren't entering US.

Well, one can be processed for TN at airport and then return to Canada if flight trouble arises (weather, mechanical, oversold...) and no other alternative is available that day. I don't think CBP is keen on people intentionally missing the flight however.

As Nelsona said, its best to take it via US designated ports of entry's like Fort Erie etc. In both my TN's, I got my TN in the morning at Fort Erie, spent sometime in Buffalo & Rochester and drove back in the afternoon. When asked in the Canadian border, I explained I had come for US TN visa.
