Can I get H1B after gap of 10 years or is just impossible ??

Hi,

Currently I am on H4 and am planning to apply for H1B.

I am Post Grduate diploma holder and have worked for full 3 years in "Environmental Engineering" field.

But there has been 10 years gap from then.

Are there any chances for me to actually get H1B considering fact that --

a) there was gap of 10 years between my last job and now

b) the company who is applying for my H1B has only 3 employees.

Any thoughts or experiences ??
